The change watch: USD 49 a month
An email when the rule, its guidance or its dates change. The free ISO feed already gives you the stage. This watch adds the clause-level diff, the dated plan and the publication alert, which are the parts that take an afternoon to work out.

What triggers an email
The refresh script compares the fields it can read from the public ISO feed, and the watch sends that diff. Those fields are the designation, the title, the stage, the stage date, the committee and the ICS code. It also sends when the clause record is rebuilt after publication.
- A change to the stage or the stage date on the ISO record
- A change to the title, the committee or the ICS code
- The transition from 60.00 to 60.60, which is publication
- A rebuild of the clause record after publication, with the rows that changed
It does not diff the planning date or the record hash on a schedule, because those change when the record is rebuilt, not on a timer. This page states what the script reads so that the promise matches the mechanism.
What the email carries
The field that changed, the value it had, the value it now has, and the record rows affected. No commentary, no upsell. If nothing changed, nothing is sent. The last check is recorded in the file the refresh script writes, and its date is shown below.
Last checked: 21 October 2026
What it does not do
It does not tell you that you comply, and it does not replace the free ISO feed. The stage is public and free; anyone can watch it. The watch is worth paying for when the interpretation and the clause-level diff are the expensive part, and on this amendment they are.
