Who wrote it
Gerard Blokdyk, The Art of Service. I build compliance records that state each requirement in plain English and point to the clause behind it. Editorial rules
Every claim points to a clause or to a field on the ISO record. Where the record is silent, the page says not stated rather than filling the gap. Dates are labelled as recorded or estimated and never mixed. No page is written from memory or from someone else's summary.
