The record is information. It is not legal advice, it does not certify anyone, and it is not affiliated with ISO or the IEC.

What you buy

The kit is a one-off digital product: the register, the evidence list and the dated plan as PDF, CSV and XLSX. The watch is a monthly subscription that emails the change diff. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before payment.

Licence

The files are for use inside the organisation that buys them, including its auditors and advisers. They may not be resold or published as a competing product. The free pages may be quoted with a link and an attribution.

Refunds

If the files do not open or do not match the description on the kit page, email support and the payment is refunded. The contents are described in full before payment.

No warranty and no certification

The record is written from the public ISO record and the public draft text. The published text is the authority. Nothing here certifies an organisation, and nothing here is legal advice. A decision taken on this record remains the organisation's own.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for a decision you take on the basis of this record, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
